What is an escape room?
An escape room is an immersive, live-action game where your team enters a themed environment, solves puzzles, uncovers clues, and completes objectives before time runs out. Every experience is story-driven and built around teamwork and discovery.
How long do escape room games last?
Most escape rooms at Exit Lab last 60 minutes. Our signature experience, The Return: Tides & Tribes, is a 90-minute cinematic adventure designed for deeper storytelling and extended gameplay.
How many people can play in one escape room?
Each escape room accommodates 2 to 10 players depending on the game. Our venue can host up to 48 guests at once, making Exit Lab ideal for large groups, birthdays, and corporate events.
Do I need a reservation or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but booking in advance is strongly recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. For same-day weekday availability, call (888) 896-0022.
What happens if we don’t escape in time?
If time runs out, the experience still ends on a high note. Our Game Guides will walk you through the remaining puzzles and story elements so you leave with a complete experience.
Are escape rooms scary?
Not all escape rooms are scary. Exit Lab offers non-scary, family-friendly games as well as more intense thriller-style experiences. You can choose what fits your group best.
Are escape rooms suitable for kids?
Yes. Many of our escape rooms are designed for kids, teens, and families. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the escape rooms private?
Yes. All escape room bookings at Exit Lab are private experiences. You will only play with the people in your group, never mixed with other groups.
